How does your Community Service Help work?

Upon registering for our service, we will match you with one of our non-profit partners. Once you have completed your required hours, our non-profit partner will mail you a letter verifying the completion of your community service. Turn in the letter to your judge, lawyer, probation officer or sponsor to obtain credit for your community service. Our non-profit partner will provide you with their contact information so your hours can be verified.

How much does it cost?

Community Service Help charges $49.95 to pair you with a charity that accepts online volunteers and to keep track of your volunteer hours through our online portal. Feel good about doing your community service; you are making the world a better place!

I'm in a hurry, do you offer rush delivery?

Yes! After you have completed your community service hours, we will confirm with you where you would like your letter sent and if you would like it to be rushed.

How can I complete my community service online?

Community Service Help will match you with a charity that has an online volunteer program. Our charities use education to facilitate their community service programs. All of our users will be required to spend time educating themselves. This process of self-education creates a long-term, positive influence in the community. Education is the key to your future and the success of our world.

I have a lot of hours, is there a limit on how many I can complete online?

No! Our non-profit partners do not limit the amount of volunteer hours you can complete in their program. Your hours must be completed with one charity, however, and cannot be spread out. If you have any concerns, please consult your court contact, lawyer or probation officer.

Are you a charity?

No. Community Service Help, Inc. is not a charity. We match you with non-profit organizations that accept online volunteers.

Who will my verification letter come from?

The letter confirming your community service hours will come from the partner charity that we match you with. All of our partners are verified, legal non-profits.

Will my letter come on the non-profit's letterhead?

Yes! All letters of validation will be on the non-profit's letterhead; they will also be signed by an officer.

I lost my letter! Can you replace it?

Absolutely! Please log in to your account for more options.

I'd like to continue volunteering and educating myself, is that allowed?

Yes! Your access to our non-profit partner's educational programs will never be canceled.

Is this only for court ordered community service?

No! We can match prospective volunteers to online community service programs regardless of whether or not the community service was court mandated. Our service is perfect for students looking to complete community service requirements, people looking to supplement their lives with community involvement, or anyone who wants to better the community by bettering themselves.
